These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Exclusive Electrics. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided
Exclusive Electrics offers electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and related services. All work is carried out by qualified engineers in accordance with UK electrical safety regulations.

3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes or unexpected issues arise. Additional work will only proceed with your approval.

4. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out charge. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and invoices for approved clients. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Warranty & Liability
Exclusive Electrics provides a workmanship guarantee on completed electrical work. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or external factors. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.

7. Access to Property
You must ensure safe and clear access to the work area. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may refuse to carry out the work and a call-out fee may apply.

8. Materials & Parts
All materials supplied remain the property of Exclusive Electrics until full payment is received. Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

9. Emergencies & Call-Outs
Emergency services are subject to availability. Higher rates may apply outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

10. Compliance & Regulations
All electrical work is carried out in accordance with UK regulations, including BS 7671. Certificates will be issued for applicable work such as EICRs or new installations.

11. Termination of Services
Exclusive Electrics reserves the right to decline or terminate services where safety, legal, or ethical concerns arise.

12. Updates to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
